General returns policy

Powervalve Exhausts must be informed by email of any items that you wish to return for credit or exchange within 7 working days commencing the day of delivery.

A member of staff will provide you with a Returns Notice Number.

If an item is returned without a Returns Notice Number, a refund will not be given.

No parts that have been used, fitted or installed will be accepted for Credit or Refund.

Any parts returned must be in a resaleable condition.

We do not pay the cost for shipping of any returned goods to us correctly supplied.

We do not pay VAT/ Import duties on returns, if we are requested to do so your return will be rejected.

Damage returns policy

We take great care to ensure that our products are delivered in perfect condition ready to be installed.

However, if third party damage occurs whilst the products are in transit, we will require photographic evidence of the box condition when the products arrived and/or the product itself, detailing any damage.

We request therefore that all products must be inspected at the point of delivery for any damaged caused whilst in transit, and the damage acknowledged in writing by the courier.

Please notify us within 24 hours by email regarding any damaged goods that you have received.

All parts returned "no longer required" will incur a 5% restocking charge as long as they are returned unused and in an undamaged state.
