Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Powervalve Exhausts Ltd.
The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic and Export Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All of our exhaust products are hand built to order, and it is therefore not possible for us to ship immediately.
Instead, you will be allocated a job number which will become your unique identity code enabling us to track and trace your exhaust order at any stage of its production.
If you are having your exhaust system installed by us, you will also receive a date and time slot at this time geared towards the product production time and your own availability to visit us.
Due to demand, our orders may take up to 4 weeks to complete, however, where your requirements are 
time sensitive we will do our very best to manage your expectations.
If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Once your order is completed it will be packaged robustly in either one or two of our heavy duty cardboard boxes depending on the number of components that make up the system.
All of our orders are checked and cleaned before despatch to ensure that they reach you in perfect ready to install condition.
Contained within the consignment you will find

• The hardware to enable a trouble free install
• High-temperature silicone sealant
• Packing list
• Powervalve sticker
• No tools are provided for the install

Export Shipping rates & delivery estimates
All of our export orders are handled by FedEx.
Their shipping charges for your order will displayed at the checkout.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Full track and traceability are available once your exhaust system has been despatched.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
