The BCS Powervalve downpipe & Center delete bundle is the ideal hardware upgrade when considering a power increase and sound enhancement for the 2.0 TSI Engine. This Hardware upgrade delivers an audible uplift in sound, producing a sporty, crisp exhaust tone without unwanted drone. It’s a direct bolt on fitment, mating perfectly to the OEM rear silencer and built for a hassle free installation.


Options Breakdown

Thermal Protection comes as standard, you have the option of Ceramic Coating or Titanium Wrap. Both are excellent at forcing the heat through the exhaust and keeping the engine bay cooler, The Ceramic Coating is 1000℃ and the Titanium Wrap is 1200℃, the difference is minimal but the Titanium Wrap is better suited for Track vehicles.

We offer 2 downpipe diameters, 76mm & 90mm, Our 76mm Downpipe will allow to tune the 2.0 TSI engine up to 450 bhp no problem, having a 90mm take off directly from the turbo.

If the bhp goal is higher, i.e hybrid turbo territory then our 90mm Downpipe would get you to the 500+ bhp mark.

The BCS Powervalve  road legal 100/200 cell cat is the ideal hardware upgrade when considering a power increase on the 2.0 TSi engine.

In addition, you will notice an audible uplift in the sound, producing a nice sporty tone in the vehicle under acceleration.


All Our Downpipes now come with either our 1000deg. Ceramic coating or Titanium Heat Wrap as standard.

For high Horsepower Applications we offer a 90mm downpipe, simply just select 90mm in the options. 


The BCS Powervalve downpipe and 100/200 cell cat comes with a connecting pipe to allow you to connect to the OEM cat-back system with a minimum of fuss. If you decide to upgrade to the full turbo-back system at a later stage then the connecting pipe simply swaps out again to allow the installation with a minimum of fuss.

The 90.0mm collector and ceramic coated surface on our unique cat provide unrivalled gas flow whilst remaining completely MOT and road legal.

The primary use for the 100/200 cell cat is a public road or track.

As with virtually all of the TSi engined vehicles, there is very little performance gain to be had from the cat-back system on its own, due to the incredibly restrictive downpipe and twin OEM cats. However, by opting for our unique downpipe and high flow cat the power potential will massively increase, firstly with an initial 22bhp kinetic.



In order to install the downpipe and cat on the 4wd MQB platform cars, the front subframe will need to be lowerwed to remove the oem downpipe.

The fitting time for this product is @ 3-4 hours
