The BCS Powervalve Twincat GPF Downpipe is the ideal hardware upgrade when considering a power increase on the GPF equipped 2.0 Tsi (Ea888.3) gen 3 engine whilst also offering an audible uplift in the form of a more sporty characterful exhaust note. Built with 2 top section options; a 76mm & 90mm option, tailoring your downpipe to your desired bhp target. The 76mm option has a 90mm collector directly off the turbo this is to match the flame inside the turbo and act as a funnel into the downpipe,  allowing for better flow and greater power capabilities, capable of supporting builds up to 500bhp. The 90mm option is designed for those who wish to break the 500bhp mark and push for 600+bhp, however there is still no adverse effects to running the 90mm variant at stage 2 it just means the system is over engineered and opens the door for further power down the road. With the twin 4.5" 300 cpsi (cells per square inch) Sports cats underslung this set up is remains fully MOT and Emissions compliant whilst reducing any restrictions that would hinder performance potential.

Thermal Protection comes as standard and comes in 2 choices; 1000℃ Ceramic Coating or 1200℃ Basalt Lava rock Titanium wrap, both are exceptional protectors that's why offer them. Ultimately it's an aesthetic preference, the Ceramic coating is finished in a Golden matte where as the Thermal wrap has a Titanium / green finish.
