The BCS Valveless system is our acoustically tuned, dual tone Cat back system for the Audi S3 8P 2.0 tfsi, providing you with the maximum possible full-time audible thrill from your S3. The system has a greater audible volume than the cat back offering, however, with careful design and development we have created a system that ensures that any unwanted in-car frequencies are removed, leaving you with a perfect drone-free experience, together with our characterful pop and burble, free-revving sound.
The BCS system was developed to give a true valveless dual tone exhaust, through extensive research and development we were able to incorporate acoustic tuning into our system to retain the subtlety of cruising and under low load whilst offering the aggressive, characterful note when accelerating and under high load. Produced in 2 variants; Sport & Prestige, for greater tailored options depending on desired sound profile. Our Sport variant is our loudest variant, engineered for a motorsport inspired note when accelerating and under high load but remains subtle when driving sedately. Our Prestige variant is our quietest system, designed for those wanting an OEM+ note, designed to offer greater performance without it being too loud, it acts like a factory upgrade would, still subtle and under the radar but opens the door to more power potential.
This System comes with a Downpipe size and Sports cat option depending on the desired BHP; The 200 cell sports cat will support up to 350 bhp anything greater would require the 100 cell sports cat with the 76mm downpipe supporting up to 420bhp and the 90mm variant supporting in excess of 450bhp (with supporting modifications).
The 90.0mm collector and thermally protected surface on our unique downpipe provide unrivalled gas flow whilst remaining completely MOT and Emission Compliant.

As with virtually all of the tfsi -engined vehicles, there is very little performance gain to be had from the cat-back system on its own, due to the incredibly restrictive downpipe and OEM cat. However, by opting for our unique downpipe and high flow cat the power potential will massively increase, firstly with an initial 22bhp kinetic, and then once mapped all the way up to stage 3 the tfsi 2.0 MQB Engine can achieve in excess of 450 bhp with our full turbo back system and 100 Cell sports cat.
