The BCS Powervalve down pipe is the ideal premium hardware upgrade when considering a power increase on the 2.5-litre Ford Duratec engine. In addition, you will notice an audible uplift in the sound producing a nice sporty tone in the vehicle under acceleration. Optimising performance with a 90mm turbo outlet, 80mm through a premium soft flex, connecting to a 76mm flange.
All the parts are stainless steel including the huge turbo and connecting flange.
The BCS Powervalve down pipe will connect to the OEM cat with the minimum of fuss with the supplied stainless steel nuts/bolts/washers and gasket.
If you decide to upgrade to either our cat delete pipe or 100 / 200 cell cat at a later stage then again, this is a straight forward procedure to complete the install.
The primary use for the BCS Powervalve downpipe is on a public road or track.
The fitting time for this product is 1 hour once the cat is cooled sufficiently for access to be gained.
